WordPress has recently released its latest update: WordPress 4.6 version (name: “Pepper”, in honour of jazz baritone saxophonist). According to WordPress.org, the new version of WordPress features:
- Streamlined Updates: enhanced user experiences in performing updates. With WordPress 4.6, users can stay on the same page while updating, installing and deleting plugins and themes
- Native Fonts: native fonts are now used in WordPress dashboard, making it load faster
- Inline Link Checker: WordPress now automatically checks broken links in the editor
- Content Recovery: enhanced auto-save and recovery
- and much more
